Avaids Technovators provides neon obstruction
lights to mark high rise buildings, bridges, towers, etc. Neon Obstruction
Lights uses cold cathode light technology. Neon Obstruction Light
has recognized to be extremely better to incandescent lights because
of its low maintenance and low energy consumption.
The Neon Obstruction Light system has two numbers of Low Intensity
Lights conforming to ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization)
regulations. The system is energized through the Battery bank. The
battery is charged by the Solar Panel, during the day, which convert
the energy from the Sun into DC electricity .The solar charge Controller
& Regulator cum Changeover Card. Neon Obstruction Lights are
best suited in high vibration areas. Our Neon Lights are using Metal
Oxide Varistor to protect the transformer and lamp against voltage
fluctuations.
The Neon spiral lamp is operated through electronic power supply
which is housed inside the metallic enclosure of the light. Specially
designed copper R.F. Screen is provided to shield the lamp against
emission of R.F. The lamps will be individually connected through
the failure sensing changeover card located in the control cabinet.
The changeover of power from service lamp to standby lamp takes
place automatically, in the event of failure of service lamp.

CONTROL PANEL
The control panel is the housing for the Control Equipment:
- The control panel is of robust construction suitable for outdoor
use, it is made out of Cold Rolled sheet steel with Zinc coating
and is Epoxy Powder Coated for excellent Weather Protection.
- Control Panel conforms to IP 65 Classification for ingress protection.
- It hoses the following components:
- Solar Charge Controller
- Regulator cum Changeover card
- Outgoing/Incoming terminal Blocks.

The solar array comprises of
- 1 No. 12 Volt 60 WP Solar Module
Batteries
The following is the specification of the batteries
- The battery bank is Sealed Maintenance Free, Jelly filled, Valve
regulated, Lead Acid type.
- The battery bank is 1 No 12 V 80 Ah @ C10 discharge rate.
- (+) & (-) Terminals are marked in each cell for proper polarity
identification.
Battery Box
Battery Box is made of cold rolled sheet steel
with Zinc coated for excellent weather protection. The battery enclosure
is supplied in knocked down condition and the assembly at site is
facilitated with an assembly drawing annexed as annexure 1
